CASE STUDY: Galatoire's Restaurant - 2020

For Galatoire's Restaurant's "Galerie de Galatoire's" events venue, BYZANTIVM HOSPITALITY was engaged by talented designers Sweet Dupuy and Eugenie Gibbons to collaborate on a design of the chandeliers and sconces, drawing inspiration from the historic Pavillon Frais at Versailles in France. BYZANTIVM hand-designed the custom moulds for the moulded brass oak leaves, hand-brazed each twig, and hand-applied an exquisite verdigris copper finish, resulting in stunning UL-listed chandeliers and sconces that were, each, as unique as a fingerprint.
